1. first, go wash your face.
2. second, get the right materials like eye liner, eye shadow and mascara,,"you can purchase it at target".
3. third, apply a lighter kind of eye shadow or any other color on your eye lid that might match with your outfit.
4. fourth, you put the eyeliner on the edge of your eye lid and put it from the corner of your eye lid by your nose to the end of your eye and put more going past it and make the cat eye neat.
5. fifth you get the mascara and you put it on your eye lashes then you let it dry and curl them with the eye lash curler.
